We’re looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis.

Requirements:

Female carers only.
Permanent shifts weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-10pm.
Experienced with delivering high-quality support, specifically 1:1 sling hoist transfers to shower, bed, wheelchair, and detailed personal care routines and bowel care (enema).
Driving with a full Australian driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Comprehensive car insurance.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
