About the Role:

We’re looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a part-time basis in the Northern Beaches area.

Shifts available across weekdays and weekends days
Locations: Frenchs Forest, Turramurra, Berowra, Narraweena, Collaroy, Dee Why, and others.

Requirements:

MUST BE DRIVING.
Full Australian driver’s licence.
Own vehicle.
Comprehensive Car Insurance (third-party is not acceptable).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
Must be flexible with hours.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
