Disability Support Worker
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable support worker in Hebersham, NSW 2770.
- Starting with shifts every Wednesday and Friday from 4:45-8:45pm.
- Potential for other services.
Essential requirements:
- Female carers only (in line with the specific preferences and support needs of the participant).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
- Must be able to provide domestic assistance and social support.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
- Must be good with kids.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
- Assist with daily living.
- Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
- Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
- Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
